オストミーケア製品の営業として西日本リージョンの四国エリア(徳島県、香川県、愛媛県、高知県)をご担当いただきます。
■コンチネンスケア製品の営業をご担当いただきます。
医療施設を訪問し、医師や看護師に対して製品のPRを行うお仕事です。
医療従事者に対する説明会・学会・展示会の企画立案、製品PR等も行います。
【コンチネンスケア製品とは】
排尿障害に対して患者様が使用する⾃⼰導尿カテーテルや収尿器です。⽇本においては2012年に専⾨組織を⽴ち上げ、2016年には⽇本において親⽔性コーティングカテーテルという自己導尿カテーテルが新しいカテゴリーとして医療保険上で制度設計され、さらに2020年には医療機関から患者様に処方しやすい保険点数に変化し、⽇本における新しいスタンダード構築を制度が後押ししています。
【働き方について】
自宅から直行直帰中心の活動となります。コミュニケーション強化のため、定期的なチームミーティングや営業同行などを行っています。オンラインでの営業活動や打ち合わせを積極的に実施しています。
※移動を伴う業務ではありますが、スケジュール調整の工夫や休暇制度の活用により、プライベートとのバランスを保てるよう配慮しています。チーム内での情報共有や業務分担も積極的に行っています。
※将来的に、他営業部門(人口肛門・人口膀胱製品/経肛門的洗腸療法製品/泌尿器科製品の取扱い)等へ異動機会の可能性もあります。
<求める経験・能力・スキル>
【必須】営業経験3年以上の方(医療業界経験があれば尚可)
【必須】普通自動車免(車、及び、公共の交通機関を利用しての直行直帰中心の営業となります)
・売上プランを必ず達成するポテンシャルと責任感のある方
・新入社員研修および同行等での業務引き継ぎ後、お一人で四国エリアを担当して頂きますので、自立して仕事ができ、プライオリティーをつけてプランを作成し、確実に実行できる方(活動報告は毎日上司であるマネージャーにして頂きます)
・お客様が医療従事者(医師等)中心であるため、長期的に信頼関係を築ける方
・自己管理能力(行動計画および完遂までの進捗管理)※自己管理をしながら、精力的に回っていただける方
・弊社のコアバリューに共感し、個人の成長と共に会社の発展に寄与してくださる方
