職務内容
- クライアントの課題を分析し、最適な戦略を提案する。
- プロジェクトの計画、実施、モニタリングを行う。
- データ分析を通じて、ビジネスプロセスの改善をサポートする。
- 変革プランの策定と実行を支援する。
- クライアントとのコミュニケーションを通じて、信頼関係を構築する。
- 市場動向や業界のベストプラクティスに基づいた提案を行う。
- チームメンバーやクライアントに対するトレーニングや知識共有を行う。
理想の人材
社会人経験3年以上
