- 仕事内容
コーポレート本部 人事部 人事企画課の一員として、人事制度の企画・運用業務全般を担当します。

・人事制度の改定・運用(昇降格、評価、処遇など)
・新たな人事施策の企画・立案・実行

・人事制度の運用(昇降格、評価、処遇など)に携わったご経験をお持ちの方
- 必須ではありませんが、人事制度の設計・改定経験や、メーカー(製造業)での人事経験がある方はなお歓迎です
