Requirements

As a Talent Acquisition Executive at Bjak, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and strategic objectives. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to execute effective recruitment strategies and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Recruitment:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Candidate Engagement and Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
    • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Manage candidate communications and follow-up activities.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
    • Assist in the preparation of job offers, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.
    • Support recruitment-related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Employer Branding and Networking:
    • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance Bjak's reputation as an employer of choice.
    • Represent Bjak at networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to attract potential candidates.
    • Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing materials and content.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain recruitment metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Analyze data to identify trends, improvement areas, and efficiency opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology or insurance industry.
    • Proven ability to source and attract diverse talent using various recruitment methods.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
    • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Japanese and English.
