You will be mainly responsible for direct sourcing activities using job boards, developing new agents, and building relationships with agents to lead to recruitment.

  • Discover talent through various platforms to lead to recruitment
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates (active and passive)
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with talent and hiring managers
  • Build relationships with existing recruiters (agents)
  • Discover and develop new recruiters (agents)

  • Team members, superiors, and hiring managers are mainly in Singapore and China, so you can work while making use of your language skills.
  • There are no particular restrictions on how to recruit, so you can propose/operate recruitment methods and channels.
