- Progress management of recruitment projects (for the entire team)
- Communication with global HR team
- Participate as a member of global projects
- Planning and participation in recruiting events
- Recruitment and management of fixed-term employees, etc.You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Mandatory requirements:
- 5 years or more of HR recruitment experience (experience in medium-sized or larger foreign companies in Japan)
- 10 years or more of HR experience (experience in medium-sized or larger foreign companies in Japan)
- Must have leadership/manager experience
- Relevant laws and regulations in Japan: Persons with expertise and deep understanding of employment, labor laws, and regulations.
- Individuals with extensive knowledge and experience in human resources, including recruitment, compliance, ATS, software applications and training.
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal) and soft skills for all levels of multinational companies. - 日本語語学力(ネイティブレベルのコミュニケーション力必須、JLPT N1)
Native Japanese Speaker with excellent communication skill, JLTPN1(Required)
英語語学力(TOEIC750以上) / Business English skill
(Email/Reading Manual/Conversation/Phone conversation/Teleconference, Business Negotiation) - Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic background in Human Resources or related field
