Job Title: Global Sales Specialist for Rakuten's Original Films

About the Role
- Lead overseas sales of Rakuten's original animated and live-action films
- Expand into new markets and cultivate strong business partnerships
- Negotiate sub-licensing deals with international platforms and TV stations
- Handle distribution plans for theatrical releases globally
- Focus regions: Asia, North/Central/South America, Europe, and the Middle East
Team Dynamics
You will report to a seasoned professional with extensive experience in overseas sales. The team is dedicated to driving the success of our content IP business.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of overseas sales experience in animation or live-action productions
- Proficiency in English (business level)
- Preferred: Previous management roles, experience with original content, proficiency in Chinese
Location Details
This position is based in Futakotamagawa, ensuring a vibrant and dynamic work environment.
Requirements for English Proficiency
Candidates must have a TOEIC Score exceeding 800 or equivalent, or hold a University Degree from an English-speaking institution. Alternatively, applicants can take an IP test conducted by Rakuten.
