About the Team
The Trust and Safety were established to create to bring safety to the platform. We work hard to make sure the platform is protected and able to provide the best experience for all of our users.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.
Responsibilities
Ensuring legal compliance and safety of live content on short video platforms
Create, improve, and maintain online community security standards
Improve content management strategy
Coordinate with the supervisory department to manage content that violates regulations in a timely manner
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
This role will be JP-based
Business proficiency in Japanese and English
Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 1 year of work experience
Very sensitive to social issues and interested in current affairs
Preferred Qualifications
Active users on SNS platforms
Familiar or interested in the latest Internet-related laws and regulations or/and eager to learn
Quick learner, and highly adaptable to changing work environments
