社会福祉法人ナーガ福祉会は、チャレンジ・ナーガ児童発達支援事業所で働いてくれる1名のパートの臨床心理士を募集しております。 ここは、子どもたちの「生活の土台」を育てる場所です。 ・スプーンをうまく持てるように。 ・椅子に座って活動に参加できるように。 子どもたち一人ひとりの"つまずき"に寄り添いながら、「できた」という成功体験を積み重ねる支援を行います。 「こうあるべき」ではなく、「その子らしく生きる」ために。 ナーガの支援にマニュアルはありません。 私たちが大切にしているのは、「目の前に合った支援」。 保育士や療育スタッフがチームで連携し、こども園との懸け橋として、地域の中に合理的配慮が広がっていくことを目指します。 そして、将来的には卒園した子どもたちが成長し、社会の中で自分らしく暮らせるようにー。
【募集職種】
公認心理師/臨床心理士
【仕事内容】
機能訓練 ペア指導や小集団の指導をメインに行います。 実生活の中では、大人と子どもの1対1の関係よりも、お友だちなどが周りに複数いる状態が普通です。そのお友だち同士の関わりの中で、課題に対して適応できるよう促す支援。 ペア指導や小集団では子どもが集団生活の場で活かせるように、自宅や通園先に近い環境での経験の積み重ねを重視し、小集団で過ごしながらも一人ひとりの課題に合わせた柔軟なプログラムを実施します。 さらに、保育所等訪問支援を実施し、通園先での間接支援も行うことで、集団生活で子どもが自分の力を発揮でき老専門的・包括的な支援を行います。 支援時間 通園支援 (1)10:00~11: :30~16:10 1コマ100分 保育所等訪問支援 児童一人当たり、1ヵ月2回程度を目処に、通っている幼稚園、保育園等に支援員が出向きます。 ・仕事内容の変更:なし ・転勤:なし 【契約更新】 ・雇用期間:1年 ・更新条件:原則更新 ・更新期間の上限:4年
