仕事内容
調理師養成施設にて、実習助手のお仕事をお任せします。
《日本料理の授業》《集団調理の実習》を担当していただきます。
<具体的な業務内容>
・実習の準備、片付け
・実習中のデモンストレーション、指導補助
・材料の発注(PCでの入力作業) など

勤務時間は8:30~17:00で、土日祝はお休み(※行事日を除く)。

主な業務は、日本料理や集団調理における実習の助手です。
包丁研ぎや基本姿勢、食材の扱い方、盛りつけまで、学生が技術を習得できるよう支えてください。
