・新規立ち上げ、プロセス開発、最適化を通じて製品の品質と信頼性を向上させる
・歩留まり改善、コスト削減、生産性向上、リスク管理に取り組む
・製造ライン上の問題を解決する
・このポジションでは、故障解析、FMEA(故障モード影響解析)、8D(問題解決手法)、SPC(統計的工程管理)などの手法を用いて、プロセス関連の問題を特定・診断・解決します。
さらに以下の責任があります:
・プロセス、装置、材料の評価・最適化を調整・実施し、工程変更を導入する
・歩留まり改善やコスト削減活動を主導・参加する
・新しいプロセスのベースライン認定を担当する
・材料サプライヤーとの連携・監査・管理を行い、品質・コスト・リスク管理の目標を達成する
Responsibilities And Tasks
Establish and improve process condition and technology.
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
Establish and modify process management projects.
Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
Abnormal analysis and improvement.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Ability to communicate in English or Japanese
