Design and development of abatement equipment
Technical review of treatment methods, including combustion, wet, dry, and plasma treatment
Design and specification of equipment structure and function
Development of treatment technology for hazardous gases (SiH₄, PH₃, AsH₃, HF, Cl₂, etc.)
Establish and improve process condition and technology.
Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost.
Establish and modify process management projects.
Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment.
Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
Abnormal analysis and improvement.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
(Not all of the following conditions need to be met.)
Min. 3 years of experience in manufacturing
Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering.
Enthusiasm for learning, growth and personal development.
English communication skills (must be willing to learn English).
Problem solving and analytical skills.
Commitment and persistence in achieving goals.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with a variety of counterparts to achieve ultimate goals.
Ability to manage time and multi-task abilities.
Experience in designing and evaluating abatement equipment
Knowledge of chemical engineering, environmental engineering, and mechanical engineering
Understanding of plasma processing, gas piping, and vacuum technology
Experience in safety management and regulatory compliance
