【仕事内容】
新築分譲住宅用の土地の仕入れ業務をお任せします。
未経験でも始めやすい「売る」ではなく「買う」営業をお任せ
住宅を建てるための土地の仕入れを行います。
具体的には
【仕事内容】
当社主力事業の"新築分譲住宅"を建築するための用地仕入れ(土地を買う)を行って頂きます
他の会社ではなかなか経験できない「買う営業」を経験することが出来ます
仕事の進め方の一例
①担当エリア内の不動産仲介業者から情報収集し用地を選定(1件10件前後)
②現地で土地の形状や周辺環境を調査
③土地を評価し、仕入値から販売価格までを考え計画立案
④社内承認を得て契約締結
⑤社内の部署と連携して住宅を建築
⑥完成後は、不動産仲介業者へ販売の促進依頼
・自分が見極めた土地が、チームで協力して家になり、お客様の生活になる。

※試用期間中は賞与がない分、月給を高く設定
正社員登用後
月給220,100円 +歩合給+各種手当(役職・家族・資格等)+ 昇給・賞与
※経験・年齢を考慮し、当社規定により決定いたします。
※固定残業代(月24.85時間分・34,600円分)含み、超過分は別途支給します。
- 昇給:年1回(4月)※試用期間終了後
- 賞与:年2回(7月・12月)※試用期間終了後

【勤務時間】
- 9:00~18:00(実働8時間・休憩60分)
※残業前休憩あり(18:00~18:30の30分間)
