通信サービスに関するバックヤード業務・後確(後確認)業務をお任せします。
【具体的には】
・申込内容の確認架電(最終意思確認)
・登録情報のチェックおよびシステム登録作業
・電気に関する不備確認業務
・申し込みされたお客様のエラー不備解消の発信業務
・お客様からの折り返し対応、アフターフォロー
・問い合わせ対応(通信商材以外のご案内をお願いする可能性もあります)
※確認作業に伴い、お電話での発信対応があります。
