・ビジネスマナー・電話対応の基本からスタート

・求職者へのアドバイス方法や面接ノウハウを丁寧にレクチャー

・OJT&マニュアルありで、未経験でも安心して学べます

・求職者との面談・ヒアリング

求職者の希望やキャリアに合わせて、最適なキャリアプランを提案

・履歴書・職務経歴書の作成サポート

求職者の強みを引き出し、企業に最適な書類作成をサポート

・採用面接の指導

求職者が面接で良い印象を与えられるようアドバイスを行います

・企業様との連携・メール対応

企業の人事担当者と連携し、最適な人材を紹介します

独立に向けた支援も行っています♪

18:00 業務終了明日の準備をして退勤
