20代の若手社会人のキャリア形成を支援するキャリアアドバイザーの募集です。特別なスキルや経験は問いません。"人が好き""誰かの背中を押したい"という気持ちがあれば活躍できます

【主な業務】

  • キャリアカウンセリング(オンライン/対面):過去の経験・強み・価値観を整理し、将来像を一緒に言語化。
  • 求人提案・企業紹介:成長環境の整った優良ベンチャーを中心に、求職者にフィットする企業を選定。
  • 面接対策・書類添削:選考ごとの傾向に合わせた面接練習、強みの言語化サポート。
  • 選考中フォロー・内定後フォロー:不安や疑問の解消、企業側との調整、入社後の活躍を見据えたキャリア相談。
  • 企業側の採用支援(両面型):採用課題のヒアリング、候補者提案、採用成功に向けた改善提案。
