  • 配属先のミッション

当課は、単に完成した車両の不具合を見つけるだけの部署ではありません。発見された不具合を起点に、「なぜその不具合が工程内で発生したのか」を深く掘り下げ、車両の構造や製造現場の設備設定や作業標準(プロセス)にまで踏み込んで根本的な改善を行います。 「品質の番人」であると同時に、品質管理はもとより生産技術的な視点で「誰が作っても、どの設備で流しても、常に最高品質が保たれる条件」を現場と共に作り上げることがミッションとなります。

  • 職務内容

車両の品質管理業務全般をお任せします。具体的には、車両品質管理係または工程管理係での業務を通じて、自動車の品質確保と改善に取り組んでいただきます。

※チーム作業が中心で、関連部署との連携が重要になります。

<具体的には>

- 車両品質管理係(車両軸での解析・改善)

完成車そのものの品質を検証し、不具合が発生した際の「原因特定」と「解決」を主導します。工場内の検査データや市場からのフィードバックを基に、発生している事象を専門的な視点で調査・分析。その真因が「設計上の構造問題」にあるのか、あるいは「製造プロセスの不備」にあるのかを論理的に切り分けます。特定された原因に基づき、設計、開発、生産技術、製造といった関連部門と密に連携・調整を行い、根本的な再発防止策を提言・実行する、プロジェクトのハブとなる役割です。

  • 工程管理係(製造プロセス軸での品質担保)

自動車を作る「工程」そのものにフォーカスし、品質を維持するための仕組みを管理・監視します。具体的には、組み立て(トリム)工程における約150の作業ステップごとに設定された「良品条件」が正しく守られているかを、完工書(QCC:クオリティコントロールチャート)を軸に検証します。定期的な現場監査を通じて、設備の設定値や標準作業書の遵守状況を厳格にチェック。万が一、基準からの逸脱や潜在的なリスクを発見した場合には、現場と一体となって即座に是正措置を講じ、常に最高品質を維持できる生産体制を構築します。

  • 必須要件

下記いずれかのご経験をお持ちの方

・品質管理の経験(※業界は不問です。自動車業界以外の方も歓迎です)、

・自動車開発に関わる経験(設計/開発、生産技術、品質保証など)をお持ちの方

・想定年収:550万円以上

※想定年収は、時間外手当30時間/月を含んだ例。
