Summary
You will serve as a DEPUTY PUBLIC WORKS OFFICER in the Public Works Department of NAVAL FAC ENGINEERING CMD FAR EAST. ACCESS TO MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE IN JAPAN IS EXTREMELY LIMITED. Please see Additional Information section below.

Duties
You will provide leadership, guidance, and direction for supervisors and command personnel.You will ensure timely submission and/or review execution metrics, operations report, and data calls.You will provide cost effective and high-quality products and services from all business lines.You will prepare and deliver high level briefings to senior military officers, visiting dignitaries, and host nation government representatives.You will review and evaluate work methods, processes, work assignments, and staffing.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: directing the construction, operations, maintenance and repair services AND ensuring compliance with fiscal planning.
