大型部品の検査

+ ドア下部のプラスチック部品

+ 製造は機械が行います

最終目視検査がお任せする業務です

+ 約5kgの部品ですが

両手で持てる重さです

小型部品の検査

+ 肘置き等小型部品の

確認作業を行います

+ こちらも機械製造です

最終目視検査がお任せする業務です

+ 1kg未満の軽量部品のため

安全に進めれます

縫製業務 (ミシン)

+ 工業用ミシンを使用し

部品縫製を担当します

+ 縫製経験は必須です

ミシン経験を活かせます

+ 1~3ヶ月の練習期間あり

チーム製造

+ 3名1組で協力し製造を進めます

+ 縫製担当者が縫い上げ

被せ工程へ引継ぎます

+ 型へ縫製部品を被せて

検査担当へ引継ぎます

+ 検査後問題なければ

箱詰めして完了です

  1. 08:00~17:00(実働8時間)

    休憩10:00~10:10、12:10~12:50、14:50~15:00(合計60分)2. 20:00~05:00(実働8時間)
