■主な業務内容

• 製造部門(PROBE、PI、PEE、RDA、TD等)と連携し、外観異常の原因特定と対策を実施
• 後工程からの改善要望に対応し、Fabでの検出性向上に向けた検査レシピの調整
• グローバル品質基準に基づくNG判定基準の運用と、改訂時の関係部門への展開
• 海外品質部門との定期会議にて、調査状況の報告およびユニーク事象の検出要否の協議
• 他海外Siteとの定期会議を通じた課題共有、対策の整合、業務効率化の検討

Job Title: Product Quality Engineer (PQE)

■Position Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the visual quality of semiconductor products prior to final shipment. You will contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing yield and product reliability, while preventing defect outflow and enhancing inspection accuracy in post-process stages. The position involves close collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams, and leads improvement activities based on global quality standards.

■Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with manufacturing departments (PROBE, PI, PEE, RDA, TD, etc.) to identify root causes and implement countermeasures for visual defects
• Respond to improvement requests from post-process teams and optimize inspection recipes to enhance defect detection in the Fab
• Operate NG judgment criteria based on global quality documentation and communicate updates to relevant departments
• Participate in regular meetings with global QE teams to report investigation status and discuss detection requirements for unique events
• Share issues, align countermeasures, and explore efficiency improvements through regular meetings with other overseas sites

■Preferred Skills And Experience

• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Effective communication with members from diverse departments and cultural backgrounds
• Positive attitude toward working in a quality- and innovation-driven environment
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and inspection equipment (preferred)
• Willingness to engage in global/Internal collaboration using English and Japanese (reading, writing, and conversation skills preferred) Note: English/Japanese proficiency is preferred, but employees can improve their skills through internal language training programs.
