QE) Advanced Quality Integration Engineer
として、製品の異常(Deviation)を分析し、品質リスクを評価し、最終的な出荷判断を行います。品質問題を防止し、出荷量を最適化するために必要なデータを収集・検証します。製造・技術・品質チームと連携し、グローバル基準に沿った判断を行う重要な役割です。

■ 主な業務内容

• 製品異常を分析し、検査データや工程データを用いて品質リスクを評価
• 追加試験(例:ウェハレベル信頼性試験や後工程試験)の必要性を判断
• 出荷判断に必要なデータを収集・検証
• 出荷が後工程に影響する場合、海外拠点と調整し、品質問題防止と出荷最適化を両立
• 品質レビュー会議での報告と意思決定をリード

Position Summary
This is an outstanding opportunity to join Micron as a
QE Advanced Quality Integration Engineer in Hiroshima, Japan
In this role, you will analyze product deviations, assess quality risks, and make critical shipment decisions. Our mission is to prevent quality issues and optimize shipment volume by collecting and validating essential data. You'll collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to make decisions strictly aligned with global standards

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product deviations and assess quality risks using inspection and process data
• Determine whether additional tests (e.g., wafer-level reliability or backend tests) are needed
• Gather and verify all required data to support final shipment decisions
• Coordinate with global sites when shipment impacts downstream processes, ensuring both quality issue prevention and shipment optimization
• Lead reporting and decision-making in quality review meetings

Qualifications

• Open to candidates with no semiconductor experience Comprehensive training provided after joining
• Experienced candidates strongly encouraged: Background in semiconductor manufacturing or quality control is a plus
• Interest in data analysis and problem-solving
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency in Japanese preferred (to facilitate effective communication within the Hiroshima factory)
