CRC/CRAの経験を活かした治験のスペシャリスト、リクルートマネジャーを募集
仕事概要
【本ポジションについて】 ①大学病院やがんセンターを中心とする治験/臨床研究における大規模医療機関のRWDを活用したフィージビリティや、周辺医療機関(パートナー医療機関)への渉外、リクルートプランの立案/マネジメントやカルテスクリーニング、紹介医師とのコミュニケーションなどのリクルートマネージャーとしての業務 ②製薬企業から受注した対象治験プロジェクトにおける、被験者募集計画の立案から運用までの一連のディレクションおよびプロジェクト運用業務。 条件に合った患者さんを集め、治験の早期終了に向けてサポートする事がミッションです。 「CRC/CRAとして課題を感じることがあっても、限られた範囲の中でしか課題解決ができない」 「CRC/CRAの経験を活かして、新しい挑戦をしてみたい」 Buzzreachには、同じ想いや情熱を持った、CRCをはじめとする治験従事者たちが集まっています。 【業務内容について】 被験者募集業務は大きく分けて2つあります。 ご経験に応じて、まずはご担当いただけるものからトレーニングをおこない、サブ担当を経て、メイン担当をお任せしたいと考えております。 ①治験協力医療機関を活用した被験者募集業務(パートナー医療機関スキーム) 治験実施医療機関の近隣医療機関(当社との提携医療機関)や、治験責任医師などから紹介され契約した医療機関から候補患者を紹介いただく手法です。 主な業務内容 ・契約医療機関の管理 ・メールまたは電話でのアポイント取得 ・医療機関への訪問またはオンラインでの面談 ・医療機関との契約手続き(電子/紙) ・契約締結後の定期面談、進捗確認 ・カルテスクリーニング ・RWDを活用したフィージビリティ ② Web広告等を活用した被験者募集業務 主にリスティング広告・ディスプレイ広告やSNS広告等を活用して候補患者を募集する手法です。 主な業務内容 ・クライアントの要望を聴取し広告戦略の決定 ・被験者募集手順に関する資料の作成 ・自社プラットフォーム、管理システムの設定 ・募集計画の立案および実行 ・クライアントとの定期ミーティング ・治験参加希望者のお問い合わせ対応 ・資料作成(提案資料、IRB資料等) ・(ご経験に応じて)LP・広告クリエイティブ制作 新薬開発における重要な役割を担う、社会に貢献できるやりがいのあるポジションです。 Buzzreachでは、あなたの情熱と経験を活かして、新しい挑戦をし、ともに成長できる仲間を募集しています 私達と一緒に治験業界を革新しませんか? 【被験者募集×DCTの取り組み】 【Buzreach代表からのメッセージ】
必須スキル
・CRC/CRA等の治験業務に携わったご経験(経験年数5年以上)
歓迎スキル
・医療機関、製薬企業とのコミュニケーション経験 ・大学病院/がんセンターなどの大規模医療機関やAROでの勤務経験 ・製薬企業の臨床開発に携わった経験 ・リモートワークをベースとした特定の地方都市のみの働き方も歓迎 ・病院薬剤師等の経験

給与
年俸400万〜900万(スキル・ご経験に合わせて相談) ※月30時間、年360時間分の固定残業手当を含んだ金額です ※働き方環境に応じて業務委託ベースも検討可
