= = = = = 会社概要・社名の由来 = = = = = アイリスは、「みんなで共創できる、ひらかれた医療をつくる。」をミッションに、 人工知能技術を用いたAI医療機器の開発を行っています。 アイリス(Aillis)の社名は、医学の祖であるヒポクラテスの言葉 「Art is long, life is short.(医術の道は長く、人生は短い。)」 の頭文字から来ています。 救急医である創業者・代表の沖山が感じてきた、 医療のジレンマを刷新したいという願いが込められています。 = = = = = プロダクト概要 = = = = = 「nodoca(ノドカ)」は、問診情報と咽頭(のど)の画像を併せて AIで解析することで感染症の所見・症状を検出する、AI医療機器です。 2017年秋の創業から研究開発を開始し、2022年春にインフルエンザ診断を支援する AIを搭載した日本初の「新医療機器」として薬事承認されました。 2022年12月から販売開始・保険適用となり、 AI医療機器の研究開発フェーズから社会実装フェーズへと 新たな一歩を踏み出しています。 製品サイト アイリス株式会社が、AIを搭載した日本初の「新医療機器」となる nodocaの製造販売承認を取得 アイリス株式会社、「nodoca」を用いた感染症診断が保険適用。 AI医療機器を用いる診断への新機能・新技術区分での適用は日本初。 = = = = = アイリスが実現する未来 = = = = = 「みんなで共創できる、ひらかれた医療をつくる。」 がアイリスのミッションです。詳しくは以下の代表インタビューをご一読ください。 「みんなで創る医療へ」医療AIスタートアップを起業した救急医が目指す世界 (代表インタビュー) = = = = = このポジションの背景 = = = = = アイリスは、Ai医療機器の開発を行うメーカーであり、 自社でプロダクトを開発するために重要な基点となる『臨床研究』を行う部署も存在します。 「nodoca(ノドカ)」がさらに進化していくために、起点となる研究強化を目指して 新たな仲間を探しています。 = = = = = 仕事概要 = = = = = AI医療機器開発に必要な臨床データ収集プロジェクトを、 同時並行で複数推進するプロジェクトマネージャー(PM)です。 ・AI開発に必要なデータを、「期日までに」「品質を担保して」収集する ・開発利用可能な状態で、開発部門へ受け渡す ことがミッションです。 臨床の専門知識よりも、合意形成力・実行推進力・問題解決能力が重要であり、 専門領域は社内外の担当や専門家や経験者と協働しながらキャッチアップが可能です。 = = = = = 主な業務 = = = = = チーム前提のプロジェクト運営で、各プロジェクトメンバーは3名程です。 医療機関 / CRO / SMO / 検査会社、および社内関係者と連携します。 (開発 / 薬事 / 品質保証 / 法務など) 日々の業務イメージは、複数の臨床研究を並行推進し、 プロトコール策定以降を一気通貫でリードします。 Asana / Notion / スプレッドシート等でWBSを週次更新し、 PRT策定から研究終了、及び開発へのデータ連携までのクリティカルパスを可視化し、 進捗を管理しつつ適宜方針を是正します。 ハブ&ファシリテーション 医療機関(10〜100施設)、CRO(モニタリング)、 SMO、検査会社と、社内(開発 / 薬事 / 法務 各1–2名)を束ね、 論点整理合意形成実行と進める。 KPIモニタリングと改善 登録率、データ入力進捗、逸脱発生状況等を週次で可視化し、 リアルタイムな是正計画に繋げる。 プロセス整備 未確立部分の設計・運用化(テンプレ・基準等の作成)を主導。 コンプライアンス・品質担保 観察研究指針・個情法 / 匿名加工の運用徹底。 データ品質担保の方法についてはプロジェクト特性に応じて設計。 フェーズ別の主導業務 立ち上げ期(3ヶ月程度): FPI(組入開始)までに必要な「研究設計」「医療機関募集」「契約」 「倫理審査承認」「施設訪問」等のスケジュール管理。 期日内のFPIを最重要とし、期日から逆算して遅延リスクを先回りで進行します。 組み入れ期(3〜6ヶ月程度): KPI管理、データマネジメント、組入手順の統一。 1症例でも多く、質の高い症例登録を進めることが重視される。 クローズ期(2〜3ヶ月程度): データチェック、最終成果物の作成、開発チームへの納品等。 研究期間内の必要処理の完了、及び期日内の開発チームへの連携が求められる。 と、多くのことを記載させていただきましたが、アイリスはまだまだ成長段階の スタートアップです。 新たに集まってくる仲間がいるからこそできる新しい動き方や、 これまでとは違った形でのアプローチなど、日々変化をしていきます。 そのような変化の多い環境で一緒に楽しめる方を探しています。
