具体的なお仕事内容

荷主と協力会社をつなぎ、荷物に合ったトラックを手配する仕事です。運行状況や条件を見ながら、スムーズな配送を調整します。

  • 荷主からの輸送依頼内容を電話で確認
  • 条件に合う空車トラックの検索・マッチング
  • 協力運送会社への電話連絡(価格・時間調整)
  • 独自システムへの情報入力
  • 荷主・協力会社との電話での調整や確認
  • 荷主・協力会社への新規アプローチ

【一日の流れ】

【8:30】出社・朝礼

【8:30~12:00】荷主・協力運送会社への架電営業(情報収集)及びマッチング業務

【12:00~13:00】休憩

【13:00~17:00】荷主・協力運送会社への架電営業(情報収集)及びマッチング業務

【17:00】終礼

【17:00~19:00】マッチングにおいての付帯業務※業務終了次第退勤

正社員のため無期雇用

【給与】


月給 275,000円〜453,000円

※経験により優遇いたします

【内訳】

・基本給:207,000円~296,000円

・固定残業代:62,000円 〜 102,000円

(1か月あたり40時間分/超過分は別途支給)

・ライフデザイン手当:6,000円~55,000円

※深夜・休日労働時間分は法定通り別途支給

※駅近のキレイなオフィス

【勤務時間】


8:30~17:30(休憩60分)

所定労働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:月21日〜23日

※1日あたり2時間程度の残業あり

大手ECサイトと直接取引を行う安定企業で物流を支える業務。専門知識は入社後にお教えしますので、経験は必要ありません。

運行管理や点呼業務だけでなく、PC入力や書類対応といった事務作業も多く、幅広いスキルを身に付ける事ができるので、社会人として一から出直す気持ちで頑張れる方にオススメです。

マンツーマンでの研修で独り立ちまでしっかりサポートします

ハローワークなどで未経験から挑戦できる配車担当、運行管理補助、物流管理の正社員をお探しの方にもおすすめ。
