Our client, a global leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager with a specialization in consolidation.

主な業務内容:
- US GAAPに基づく四半期ごとの地域パッケージの作成
- 持株会社の連結J STAT財務諸表および税務申告の提出
- 日本法人のコントローラーチームへの問い合わせ対応
- 各チーム(FP&A、財務、税務、再保険、アクチュアリー)との連携
- US GAAPおよびJ GAAP基準の遵守の確保
- 報告プロセス改善のための財務改善策の支援
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare US GAAP financial quarterly regional package
- File J GAAP financial and tax returns for noninsurance companies
- File consolidated J STAT financial and tax returns for holding company
- Assist Japan legal entity Controller teams with inquiries
- Collaborate with FP&A, Treasury, Tax, Reinsurance, Actuary teams
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and J GAAP standards
- Drive standardization and efficiency in financial reporting processes
- Support finance initiatives to improve reporting processes
応募資格:
- 会計の専門資格(優遇)
- US GAAPおよびJ GAAP財務報告の経験
- 英語と日本語に流暢であること
- 保険会社での財務報告の経験5年以上
- 財務統合プロセスの経験
- SAPやOracleなどの財務ソフトウェアの知識(あれば尚可)
Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualification (preferred)
- Experience in US GAAP and J GAAP financial reporting
- Knowledge of Japanese tax return processes
- Fluent in English and Japanese
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting for insurance companies
- Experience with financial consolidation processes
- Familiarity with financial software like SAP or Oracle (is preferred but not mandatory)
