お仕事内容

未経験OKデータ入力等の事務スタッフ募集

データ入力をはじめとしたバックオフィスのお仕事をメインにご担当いただきます。

<詳しいお仕事内容>

・お客様の個人情報の入力

・個人宛の請求書の作成

・電話応対

・帳票の作成

難しい対応があっても、すぐに先輩がフォローします

しっかりと基礎からお教えしますので、未経験の方でも安心して始められます。

  • タッチタイピングができる方(1分間に300文字程度)

※タイピング早い方は優遇します

  • Office系ソフト操作 Excel中級程度

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日

【勤務時間】

月曜日~金曜日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

【残業について】

残業は一切なし

当社では 18:00の定時以降は基本的に残業NG のルールを徹底しています。

基本給:月給 17万9000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり1万3900円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり10時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
