Roles and Responsibilities
製品トレーニング・顧客との関係構築
・CT導入時における操作説明および導入後の顧客フォローアップ、カスタマーコールセンターでの問い合わせ対応などアプリケーション業務全般を

臨床的・技術的観点から効果的に遂行する。

・上記に加え、適切なフォローアップやユーザーズミーティング等を通して顧客との関係構築、強化を行い、

自社インストールベースにおけるGEHC-Jのプレゼンス向上、顧客ロイヤルティの強化、シェア拡大、製品導入への貢献を図る。

社内連携による顧客支援
・社内メンバー(Clinical Leader, MSS, RPM)と協力し、自モダリティ製品の技術的、臨床的価値を顧客から引き出し、発信、普及させることによってCTビジネスに貢献する。

・担当する製品に関する情報(新機能・不具合情報など)を社内メンバーに共有し、適切な対応を支援する。

・顧客からの声や使用状況を収集し、開発部門へフィードバックを提供することで、製品改善・開発に貢献する。

デモンストレーションの実施・支援
・自社インストールベースの顧客に対し、製品デモンストレーション・プレゼンテーション等により自モダリティ製品の販売促進に貢献する。

学会・講習会でのサポート
・学会展示ブースでの製品説明員としての対応や、講習会におけるデモ機操作のサポートを行う。

社内メンバーの専門性強化
・主担当モダリティ、製品に関する技術・臨床知識を社内メンバーに共有し、専門性の向上を支援する。

Required Qualifications

• 診療放射線技師の資格を持つこと
• 3年以上の画像診断装置による検査経験あるいは、同等の知見があり、CT装置を操作できる、また説明するための能力と専門性があること
• 臨床的知識あるいは、CTの基礎知識を持つこと
• 高いコミュニケーション能力があり、お客様との様々なシーンに対応するためのフットワークがあること
• 現在の経験や知識に加えて、GEヘルスケア製品やビジネスプロセスに関する知識を学ぼうとする意欲があること
• 高いモチベーションがあり、社内外の関係者と一緒に協働できるチームプレーヤーであること
• 周囲のステークホルダーとの、オープンな相互フィードバックができ、既存業務を改善していく姿勢があること
• 日本語が流ちょうであること。英語力は不問ですが、学ぶことにたいして抵抗がないこと
• 要普通自動車免許
