Position Overview: The OC Activation Manager is responsible for elevating customer experiences through strategic omnichannel engagement & campaign planning, execution, and measurement. This role requires collaboration across functions to utilize data insights, optimize omnichannel engagement strategy, campaign performance, and drive the development of omnichannel capabilities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Omnichannel Engagement Strategy & Campaign Development & Monitoring
- Proactively contribute to the development of the BU omnichannel engagement strategy in partnership with the BU
- Lead the enhancement of customer experiences by working as a valued partner to expertly plan, execute, and measure omnichannel campaigns by partnering with designated BU & focus brands using appropriate tools (eg. CDP, SFMC, E.ai, etc.) and seamlessly connecting channels to create a holistic customer experience.
- Utilize data insights to inform and tailor omnichannel engagement strategies & execution, ensuring that content and channel interactions resonate with target audience HCPs.
- Implement near real-time measurement techniques (via dashboards and reports) to assess campaign performance across channels, & working with Marketing to provide actionable recommendations for execution excellence.
Data Informed Decision Making, Measurement & Optimization
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and leverage opportunities for omnichannel engagement that align with DA business objectives through data-driven insights, utilizing existing Primary research data, Pathfinder and AnGen.
- Facilitate cross-functional analysis of engagement data, campaign metrics, summarizing key findings and sharing insights with stakeholders to inform future campaign planning and overall omnichannel engagement strategy.
- Improve & Identify opportunities to develop actionable dashboards for automated monitoring of engagement metrics, by enhancing current DA, promoting transparency and clarity in campaign performance.
- Foster a culture of testing and innovation by developing and executing robust A/B testing strategies with CDP/SFMC to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Omnichannel Capability Development
- Leverage a wide array of digital platforms (both owned and third-party) to create seamless online and offline customer experiences.
- Represent Japan proactively in implementing relevant APAC Omnichannel capabilities that drive value for the Japanese organization.
- Collaborate effectively across functions to implement key initiatives aimed at building Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine's omnichannel capabilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for major initiatives for core DA, ensuring understanding, alignment, and buy-in for omnichannel efforts.
- Champion internal & external best practices within the organization, actively engaging in the omnichannel community and contributing to the development omnichannel capabilities through CX community & other engagements.
Facilitation of Core Omnichannel Processes & Innovation
- Play a critical role in shaping and developing capabilities that enhance omnichannel engagement through close collaboration with Marketing Excellence and APAC
- Support the successful implementation of core processes including Content planning & production, Tagging, and Campaign planning, execution & measurement through effective cross-functional collaboration and advocacy.
- Identify opportunities for optimization and automation of key processes to improve efficiency, personalization, and engagement.
- Understand core DA business needs to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and platforms.
- Champion innovative solutions through collaboration with key stakeholders, including Marketing, IT, Business Intelligence, Data Science, and Customer Experience teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in omnichannel marketing, campaign management, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategy and engage customers effectively.
- Excellent project management capabilities and experience working cross-functionally.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Exemplary communication & change management skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong Japanese & English proficiency (Business level+) to collaborate with APAC counterparts
