デジマ部では、営業が提案や面談に集中できるよう、営業をサポートしてくださる事務スタッフを募集しています。

タスク管理が得意で、人と関わりながら仕事をしたい方にぴったりのポジションです。

【具体的な仕事内容】

・オンライン商談に関する事前準備や日程調整

・メール・チャットでのお問い合わせ対応

・Salesforceへの入力や進捗更新

・見積書・契約書の作成サポート

・議事録の作成と送付

・サービス内容の簡単なカスタマイズ対応
