MAIN PURPOSE
カスタマーサービス本部カスタマーリレーション部にて、修理に関わる業務に携わっていただきます。コミュニケーションスタッフとして、マルチブランド環境で、複数ブランドを担当いただき、主にブティックや特約店・半蔵門オフィス・ヨーロッパオフィスからの問い合わせ対応や連絡の他、見積り作成・回答処理などのSAP業務も行っていただきます。

部内バックアップ体制強化のために、担当外のブランドの問い合わせや、全てのアイテムの修理業務にも携わることがあります。

BTQスタッフ、W/S取引先、その他顧客との電話・メール応対
修理内容に関する問い合わせへの対応、調整、調査
納期問い合わせや納期短縮依頼に関する対応
見積もり関連業務
半蔵門本社メゾンスタッフ、CS内各部署とのコミュニケーション
ヨーロッパ本社スタッフとのコミュニケーション
(修理内容や納期の問い合わせ・見積り作成・承認連絡等)

Profile
Experience:
高級ブランド業界(特に同業種)での接客経験、BTQ内でのオペレーション業務経験など
Skills
修理に関する問い合わせ対応(B2B)
高いコミュニケーション能力、傾聴力
PCスキル必須
高級ブランド商品の知識(時計、ジュエリーなど)、販売またはサービス業界での業務経験あれば尚可
英語メールの読み書き基礎レベルの英語力あれば尚可、それ以上であればなお良い
