We are looking for an Assistant Human Resources & Admin Manager to join our team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.
In this Role, you will get to:
Report to the Senior HR and Admin Manager, overseeing the full spectrum of Human Resources and Administration activities, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations etc.
Work closely with Retail, Finance, Production teams, etc. to provide HR Operations for Japan Market
Plan, review, develop, drive and implement various policies and procedures
Manage staff movements, grievances, complaints, and disciplinary matters
Maintain a strong communication network with all levels of stakeholders
Skills and Experience that you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or business-related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably from Fashion/Retail industry with solid HR Business Partner experience
Experience in working directly with the Executive Leadership team and ability to manage stakeholders at different levels and handle projects in fast paced environment
Able to build trust-worthy relationships with strong communication and people management skills
With strong business acumen, ability to work under pressure and independently with good time management
With positive and growth mindset, detail-orientated, well-organized and flexible
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, multi-tasking, meticulous and able to meet tight deadlines
Well versed in employment related regulations, and HR practices in Japan
Good command in spoken and written Japanese and English
