Job Description
Work at Amazon's logistics hub, a Fulfillment Center (FC), in Kuki City, Saitama Prefecture.
As a Safety Manager's support, the following tasks will be performed:
- 1) Safety management and promotion:
- Conducting internal safety patrols and promoting 5S activities
- Physical measures and coordination with related departments to ensure safety
- Investigating and analyzing accidents, and implementing corrective improvement activities
- Conducting safety reviews and checks of procedures and working environments
- Implementing safety activities, education, and promotion (safety training, safety campaigns, posters, and safety communication tools)
- Operating and managing the Safety and Health Committee (various adjustments, creation of materials and meeting records)
- Compliance with various regulations and audit response support
- 2) Disaster prevention and response activities:
- Preparing and implementing fire and disaster prevention plans
- Conducting disaster response training (evacuation training, lifesaving lectures), surveys, and follow-up improvements
- 3) Safety equipment procurement and management:
- Handling the purchase of safety equipment
- Sorting and maintaining equipment, and optimizing inventory
- Safety, Security, and Facilities staff interviews.
- 2 years or more of work experience
- Keyboard skills (Windows Office proficiency)
- Business-level Japanese language skills

- Being adaptable and able to make theoretical judgments
- Prior experience in logistics or manufacturing is a plus
- Basic knowledge or experience in safety and health is a plus

- Proficiency in Windows Office/Macro skills is a plus
- Having a first-class health manager, Class 4 handling, or Class 1 fire management certificate is a plus
- Basic English reading and writing skills are a plus

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Compensation: 300,000 yen or more per month (annual salary divided into 12 installments)
Extra-hour labor allowance, night shift allowance, and statutory holiday work allowance are paid according to working hours.
Decisions will be made after the interview, considering individual abilities, qualifications, experience, and career.
