Job Description Summary: Learning Coordinator for new logistics hub in Tsukuba city, coordinating all training activities and program efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage training programs for related activities (new hire training, safety training)
• Adjust training sessions based on hub/region needs
• Prepare and submit reports to operation and learning teams
• Monitor performance, provide support for retraining
• Monitor training programs for equipment and ambassadors
• Support training preparation and standard operation programs
• Monitor program adherence and standard operation
• Continuously develop skills (participate in skill classes, cross-training)
• Document feedback and monitoring results
• Evaluate individual/group development needs
• Understand workflow and daily production goals
• Resolve issues, respond promptly and productively
• Prioritize multiple tasks
• Actively participate and reside on the floor

Work Conditions: Shift work, potential transfer or night shifts

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of talent development experience (industry/position not specified)
• Excel basic level (four arithmetic operations/SUM function/Pivot)
• Business-level Japanese language skills
