仕事内容

産業用・ソーシャルロボットのマニピュレータ(ロボット本体)の開発・設計を中心に、以下業務をご担当いただきます。

(将来的には企画〜設計〜評価まで開発の一連の流れを実施、マネジメント業務もご経験いただく予定です)

・マーケティング部門と連携したロボットの企画と設計

・強度/機構解析、及びロボットの動作シミュレーション

・実験評価の内容検討及び実施〜結果検討、規格認証対応

・ロボット用機械要素部品の開発・評価

・社内外の調整折衝、及びマネジメント業務

資格

【必須】

・高専卒以上(理系)

・駆動部設計もしくは駆動要素を含む機械/装置の構造設計経験3年以上(対象製品及び鋳物/樹脂は問わない)

【歓迎】

・ロボットマニピュレータの開発経験、もしくはロボット業界でのご経験

・強度/機構解析スキル、CATIA・ADAMSの使用経験

・鋳物、もしくは鋳物を用いた設計経験

・ギア/歯車等の設計経験、もしくはモータや減速機等の選定経験

・プロダクトマネジメント、顧客折衝、リーダー等の経験

給与

年収540万〜1,100万円 ※ご経験を考慮

【モデル年収】

約540万円/25歳(月給約29万円+賞与+時間外労働手当)

約680万円/31歳(月給約36万円+賞与+時間外労働手当)

約870万円/36歳(月給約46万円+賞与+時間外労働手当)

約900〜1050万円/40歳・基幹職(月給約55万円+賞与)

※基幹職については時間外労働手当なし、その他は20hを想定

※上記はモデル例であり、ご経験や期待役割に応じて決定
