仕事内容
◆三菱重工が成長戦略として取り組むエナジートランジション事業を推進する部門として新設した「GX(Green Transformation)セグメント」にて、プロジェクト管理をご担当いただきます。
GXセグメントは、CO2回収プラント、交通システム、化学プラントの国内外の大型プロジェクトを通じ、各国の環境・インフラ課題の改善等、業務を通じて社会貢献が出来る組織です。当セグメントのプロジェクト部は、プロジェクトの立上から設計・調達・工事(EPC:Engineering・Procurement・Construction)、最終的な引き渡しまでを一気通貫・全体最適の視点で、取纏める役割をになっています。当部門は、三菱重工業の中でも最先端なプロジェクトマネジメント技術を持つ部門の一つで、GXセグメントのプロジェクトにとどまらず、造船や防衛宇宙など、三菱重工グループの他事業のプロジェクトもサポートしています。
近年、プロジェクトの大型化・高度化やDX(デジタル・トランスフォーメーション)の進展に伴い、データドリブンなプロジェクトマネジメントが求められており、プロジェクトマネジメント技術推進グループは、そのためのシステム開発・運用を担当しています。今回募集するポジションは、既存のプロジェクト管理システムの維持保守及び新規開発のリーダーを担当いただく方です。具体的には、課題把握、対応策の立案、関係者/部門との調整・合意形成、システム開発(要件定義・発注、運用試験、実用化)を実施いただきます。
求める能力・経験・資格
【必須】
・CO2回収プラント・交通システム・化学プラント(設計/調達/工事)のプロジェクト管理の要求を理解し、効率的なデータ処理や集計・分析を行う論理的思考力
・プロジェクト関係者(外国人含)とのニーズ把握・調整を明るくプロアクティブに行う能力
・SQLを含むDatabase、Python等プログラミング、ローコードノーコード・BIツールの基礎知識

・プロジェクトマネージメント自体の知識・経験
・システム構想、開発やその運用サポートを行った経験
【学歴】大学卒/大学院卒(文理不問)
