仕事概要 当社は「コンサルティングおよびテクノロジー活用を通じて、人と組織の成長・成熟を促進する」をミッションに掲げ、幅広い業界・業種のお客様に対して、AI・最先端技術を用いた課題解決支援を行っております。 プロジェクトの内容はWebサービス事業の立ち上げやAI・ロボット・IoTを活用したソリューション開発・運用の支援など、多岐に渡ります。(直近では、生成AIを活用したプロジェクトが増えております。) 本ポジションでは、AI・DXコンサルタントとして、下記業務をチームで遂行していける方を募集しています。 業務内容 エンタープライズ(大企業)、官公庁、地方自治体向けのDXおよびAI活用の推進、ならびに人材育成支援 ・BizDev活動(顧客の事業立ち上げ支援や、顧客とのパートナーシップ強化など) ・DXおよびAI活用に関する構想・計画の策定、および課題抽出・解決策検討 ・DXおよびAI活用に関する概念実証(PoC)・技術検証 ・施策の検討・実行まで一気通貫で支援 ・システムの開発・運用(主にMicrosoft製品を使用) ・人材育成支援(ワークショップ・ハッカソン・アイディアソン等の企画・運営を含む) 個人ノルマはなく、チームで目標達成することを重視しています。 当社の魅力 ・親会社が開発をメインとして行っているため、上流から下流まで一気通貫でお客様へご支援が可能です。これにより、プロジェクトの効率化と高品質なサービス提供を実現しています。 ・親会社のヘッドウォータースは Microsoft Japan Partner of the Year 2024 AI Innovation の初代受賞パートナーです。これは、マイクロソフト製品を活用してAI分野で革新を起こした企業に贈られる新設の賞であり、その分野で最も優れた実績をあげたとの評価を受けました。 ・2024 Microsoft Top Partner Engineer Award の受賞者が多数在籍している環境で、エンジニアと距離が近く最新の技術要素をキャッチアップすることが可能です。 ・設立5年目の当社は、順調に事業を拡大中です。将来的には役員や新規事業立ち上げなど、挑戦できる多様なキャリアパスが開かれています。 ・性別・年齢に関係なく意見を発信できる、非常に風通しの良い職場です。

応募概要
給与
大学卒:30.5万円 大学院卒:32.5万円 ・みなし残業代30時間分、および ハイブリッドワーク手当(リモートワークに伴う光熱費などの個人負担を補助することを目的とした手当)0.5万円を含む ・月給制 ・通勤手当(会社規定に基づき支給) ・残業手当(固定残業代制 超過分別途支給) ・資格手当あり
