\未経験スタートOK新規出店に関わる重要なお仕事です/

全国に店舗を展開する「わくわく広場」の新規出店を、

"ゼロからカタチにする"やりがいたっぷりのポジション

立ち上げだけでなく、現場スタッフの育成まで担うことで、

お店の「土台づくり」をトータルに支えます

主な業務内容

  • 新店立ち上げサポート(新店プロモーター)

・オープンに向けた準備業務の全般

・パート・アルバイトの育成計画立案

・レジ操作・品出し・接客などのオペレーショントレーニング

・オープン後の現場指導・サポート対応

※新店サポートはともに店舗現地にいって

レクチャーします。

そのため、基本東京オフィス出勤ですが

新店に出勤していただく場合もあります。

  • スタッフ育成・研修の引継ぎ業務

・現場社員や店長への育成ノウハウの共有

・研修における課題抽出と改善提案

  • 物件関連の業務にも携われます

・新規出店候補物件のピックアップ・交渉

・市場調査の実施

・既存店舗の契約更新手続きや交渉業務

地元で人気のある新鮮な野菜や果物、

パン、お惣菜などを提供しています。

資格


<こんな方にピッタリのお仕事です>

店舗運営や接客経験をベースに、

マネジメント力・教育力を磨いていきたい方にぴったり

  • 必須条件

・小売店または飲食店での勤務経験(1年以上)

  • 歓迎条件

・小売・飲食チェーンでの店長または副店長経験

・複数店舗を統括した経験

・スタッフ教育やマニュアル整備に関わったご経験

・人材育成や現場サポートにやりがいを感じる方

勤務時間


実働時間:8時間/日

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり21日

9:00~18:00(実働8時間・休憩1時間)

※土日勤務も場合により発生する場合あり(応相談)

*土日祝は原則休み(週休2日制)

*有給休暇10日

※有給休暇年最低5日取得(直近取得実績)

*産前・産後休暇・育児休暇あり

※それぞれ取得実績あり

給与


月給 25万円

(一律手当を含む)

*インセンティブ(年2回査定)

*賞与年2回(各2ヶ月分~)

※新店開店の際は店舗現地にいってレクチャーします。

給与例


入社1年目:460万円

(月給25万円+インセンティブ60万円+賞与)

入社3年目:524万円

(月給29万円+インセンティブ60万円+賞与)
