\未経験スタートOK新規出店に関わる重要なお仕事です/

全国に出店する「わくわく広場」の新店舗にて、

開店準備からスタッフ育成のサポートまでを行う、

立ち上げ支援スタッフとしてご活躍いただきます。

新店舗がスムーズにスタートできるよう、

実務面から運営を支える重要なポジションです。

主な業務内容

  • 新店オープン前の準備業務

・パート・アルバイトスタッフへの基本業務レクチャー

(レジ操作、品出し、接客対応など)

・店舗運営に関するルールや業務フローの説明

・売場やバックヤードの整理・陳列補助など、現場整備の支援

※新店サポートはともに店舗現地にいって

レクチャーします。

そのため、基本東京オフィス出勤ですが

新店に出勤していただく場合もあります。

  • スタッフ育成・研修の引継ぎ業務

・現場社員や店長への育成ノウハウの共有

・研修における課題抽出と改善提案

  • オープン後の運営支援

・新人スタッフの業務習得状況の確認・フォロー

・店舗社員への状況報告、引継ぎサポート

・オペレーションにおける課題の共有・改善提案

店舗運営や接客経験をベースに、

マネジメント力・教育力を磨いていきたい方にぴったり

  • 必須条件

・小売店または飲食店での勤務経験(1年以上)

  • 歓迎条件

・小売・飲食チェーンでの店長または副店長経験

・複数店舗を統括した経験

・スタッフ教育やマニュアル整備に関わったご経験

・人材育成や現場サポートにやりがいを感じる方

9:00~18:00

※1日6時間以上、週4日~応相談

時給 1500円

交通費:通勤交通費全額支給

※新店開店の際は店舗現地にいってレクチャーします。

そのため、東京オフィス中心にご出勤いただく形になります。
