Job Purpose

TD SYNNEXの今後のビジネス成長のエンジンとなるAggregatorビジネスモデルを推進するブロ-ドコムビジネス部門に所属し、Broadcom社のセキュリティ製品(製品: Symantec, Carbon Black)のプロダクトマネジメントを担当頂きます。

プロダクトマネジメントはAggregatorビジネスの中心機能として、ベンダ-であるBroadcom社と密に連携をしながら、事業成長に向けた戦略策定から日々の安定した見積り

受発注オペレ-ションまで幅広く役割を担います。

今回募集のポジションはProduct Manager(Indivdual Contributor)として、主に下記業務をご担当頂きます。

Responsibilities

商品/価格管理
見積オペレ-ション 【50%】
上長およびGo-To-Marketチ-ムと共同での商品/価格戦略の立案
販売店向けの特別価格施策
リベ-トプログラムの管理
ERPシステムへの商品登録とメンテナンス
見積オペレ-ションのリ-ドタイムリ-な見積り実行と管理
拡販に向けた販促キャンペ-ンの企画立案と実行(マ-ケティングと連携)
サブスクリプションモデルの契約更新管理 【20%】
アクティブ契約の契約更新状況の管理
見積状況および受注状況のモニタリングとアクションの立案
契約更新率の向上に向けたアクションの企画および実行

(ハイタッチセ-ルス、カスタマ-サクセスと連携)

ベンダ-リレ-ションシップマネジメント 【30%】
Broadcom社との定例ミ-ティングへの参加と共同タスクの管理
受発注プロセスにおけるイレギュラ-対応のリ-ド(Broadcom社への確認と調整を含む)
商品購入に関するエンドユ-ザ-、リセラ-/パ-トナ-(販売店)からの問い合わせ対応

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

プロダクトマ-ケティング経験5年以上、もしくは商品企画 or 購買経験5年以上
