【業務内容】

- ITインフラ領域・高砂熱学グループ全体のネットワーク、サーバー、クラウド環境、ID基盤、セキュリティ基盤、クライアント環境の企画・構築・運用・保守

- 業務アプリケーション領域・基幹システムを含む業務アプリケーションの企画・開発・保守

・ローコード開発ツール「Outsystems」を用いた開発

- AI・データ活用領域・生成AI・AIエージェントによる業務効率化、業務プロセス改革、新サービス創造

・BIダッシュボードの企画・開発、データ分析・活用
- 応募条件

【必須要件】

・ITインフラまたは業務アプリケーション開発に関する実務経験(3年以上目安)

・基本的なネットワーク・セキュリティの知識、またはアプリケーション開発の知識

・社内外関係者との調整・コミュニケーション能力

【歓迎要件】

・クラウドサービス(Microsoft365、Azure、AWS等)の導入・運用経験

・セキュリティ対策(ゼロトラスト、EDR、SOC等)の知識・経験

・ローコード開発ツール(Outsystems等)の利用経験

・AI・データ分析、BIツール(Power BI、Tableau等)の活用経験

・プロジェクトマネジメント経験(要件定義~設計・開発・テスト)

・ITサービスマネジメント(ITSM)の知識・経験

・情報処理技術者試験、AWS認定資格、Azure認定資格などのIT関連資格
