ベストベンチャー100&ベストベンチャーウエスト100選出事業拡大・IPO準備のため管理部の増員

WEBサイト制作/メディア運営/パッケージソフトウェア/クラウドサービス開発販売企業の総務・経理・管理部門の担当者の増員を計画しています。

*【具体的には】*

適性に応じ、当社及びグループ会社の管理部門業務を任せていきたいと考えています。

・総務全般

(各種保険手続、諸規則、規定の改廃、資産管理、ファシリティ管理、広報、取締役会・株主総会運営、行事運営、補助金助成金申請、行政書士とのやりとり など)

・人事労務全般

(給与計算、交通費精算、入社退職手続き、勤怠管理、人事制度構築、社労士とのやりとり など)

・法務全般

(登記・コンプライアンスの体制作り、顧問弁護士・司法書士とのやりとり など)

・経理/財務全般

(仕訳・伝票処理、月次・年次決算、税務申告、予算編成・管理、資金繰り・キャッシュフロー管理、監査対応、銀行対応、売掛金・買掛金管理、各種支払手続)

・経営企画全般

(中期経営計画の策定、経営分析・KPI管理、M&A・業務提携の検討、デューデリジェンス、業務改善・コスト削減新規事業開発の支援など)

・内部監査全般

(監査計画の策定、監査準備、監査の実施、監査報告書の作成、改善指導とフォローアップ、内部統制の評価、コンプライアンス監査、業務効率・改善提案、外部監査・監査役との連携など)

・役員秘書全般

(スケジュール管理、出張手配、会食・面談の手配、来客対応、社内外との連絡調整、書類・資料の作成・整理、メール・電話対応の一次受け、機密情報の管理、会議の準備・議事録作成など)

資格などは不要ですが、これまでに上記何れかの業務で実務経験2年以上の方は優遇致します。

実務経験未経験の方でも管理部門業務に関心がある方は歓迎しておりますのでご応募ください。

一定期間研修後、経験・適正に応じ担当を割り振る予定です。
