Key job responsibilities
当ロールでは、お客様のビジネス課題やテクニカル課題を理解したうえで、お客様リーダーやメンバーと協業し、プロダクト開発やそのリリースサイクルの加速化をご支援し、結果として変化の激しいビジネス環境に迅速に対応できるチームの育成をしビジネスに俊敏性をもたらすことを目指します。
AWSサービスを活用しながら、プロダクトチームに対して以下の支援を主に実施します。
・AWSサービス、特にクラウドネイティブなサービスを利用したアプリケーションの設計・開発
・モブプログラミングのコーチング
・アジャイルソフトウェア開発の支援、アジャイルコーチング
・Infrastructure as Code(IaC)、CI/CDを含む DevOpsの実践
お客様の成功のために複数の Professional Services のメンバーやAWS パートナーのメンバー、そして、グローバルの Professional Services を含む社内の多くの AWS チームや AWS パートナーと連携し、価値提供にまい進することで技術者としての成長もできます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- AWSの代表としてお客様や AWS パートナーの経営層、リーダーシップと情報共有や議論をリードするコミュニケーション力- Webアプリケーションの設計・開発・テスト経験やリード経験(TypeScript、Go、Python、Java、Rust, C#等)
- アジャイルソフトウェア開発の実践経験
- プロダクトチームの改善をリードした経験
- お客様・AWS パートナー・他部門を含む同僚とのビジネスレベルの日本語読解・ドキュメント作成・会話能力
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- プロダクトバックログ作りからサービスイン・その後の継続的な改善までリードした経験- ペアプロやモブプログラミングにおいて自身のナビゲーションでチーム開発を成功に導いた経験
- 大規模なマイクロサービス環境における改善、構築の経験
- 未経験の技術領域に対してキャッチアップしブログやイベント等でアウトプットする意欲のある方
- 非エンジニアのメンバーやお客様に対して、必要な技術を導入するための説明責任を果たした経験
