  • 行政書士事務所の補助金申請サポート業務

~「ただの営業事務」ではなく、挑戦者のパートナーへ。~

補助金申請は、企業の未来を左右する一大プロジェクトです。

あなたにお任せしたいのは、法令に基づいた正確な案内と、顧客・銀行・商社といった多様な関係者をリードする「伴走支援」。

締切というゴールに向かってチームを動かし、補助金受取まで共に歩む。

そんな、高い専門性とコミュニケーション能力が活かせる仕事です。

・企業の各種補助金申請サポート/申請要件確認・書類収集

・顧客対応/スケジュール管理

・資料・マニュアル作成/事業計画書の校閲

<1日のスケジュール例>

8:55-出社(1日のスケジュールとメールを確認)

9:00-勤務開始

・自分が担当している顧客とのメール・電話対応

・締切間近の補助金の申請準備

11:00-チームミーティング

・案件ごとの進捗や今後の予定を報告

・業務の進め方や顧客対応での困りごとがあれば相談

12:30-昼休憩

13:30-午後の勤務開始

・ミーティング時に上司等から指示された業務の対応

・自分が担当している顧客とのメール・電話対応

・補助金の申請準備、申請作業

18:00-退社

・本日対応が必要な案件が完了していない場合は残業

・明日以降対応が必要な案件の確認をしてから退社

※締切前などの繁忙期は、進捗に応じて残業が発生する場合もありますが、チームで協力して調整しています

業務の進捗はkintoneでしっかり管理

より仕事が進めやすくなるよう環境整備も計画中です。

  • 丁寧なOJTから開始

初めは先輩社員の業務をサポートしながら、徐々に仕事の流れを把握してもらいます。

半年で独り立ちを目指しながら専門知識を身に付けます。

  • 毎週月曜日にミーティング有

活動報告により情報共有を図ります。

そのほか、行政での窓口や法人向け窓口など様々な業種のビジネスにおけるお客様対応の

経験がある方も挑戦しやすいお仕事です。

大卒以上知識・業界経験不問/経験よりもコミュニケーション能力を重視

勤務時間詳細


実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 21日

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

(休憩時間 1時間00分)

  • 毎週水曜日は「ノー残業デー」となります。
  • 『今日は定時で退社する』など、自分の裁量で業務調整可能

※残業月平均20~30時間

  • 子育て中で時短勤務の従業員もいます。

完全週休2日制(土日祝)

※繁忙期に限り、年に数回土日出社をお願いする事があります。

(その場合、別な曜日に代休取得が可能です)

※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万8000円 〜 23万8000円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり3万2000円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり20時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

資格の有無に関わらず、頑張りをきちんと認め評価します。

設立時から毎年昇給しています。

現在活躍する事務スタッフはアパレルやインテリアメーカーなど

様々な前職経験とスキルを持った30代女性スタッフがメイン。

また今後は更に増員も視野に入れています。
