仕事内容:

補助金申請のサポートを核としつつ、事務所運営に関わる多種多様な業務を柔軟に担当していただきます。

  • コンサルティング補助: LINE、オンライン会議、電話、メール等を通じて、経営者の想いや意図を正確に読み取り、必要な情報を整理します。
  • クリエイティブ・ライティング: ヒアリング内容を論理的で説得力のある文章へと昇華させます。
  • プロジェクト完遂: 厳格な期限を守るため、能動的な進捗管理や「お客様がチャンスを逃さないための、プロとしての伴走(リマインド)」を徹底します。
  • バックオフィス・多角業務: 資料作成、電話対応、来客対応、管理帳票の更新など、状況に応じて幅広くサポートします。
  • 事務所の資産作り: 自身の業務をマニュアル化(動画や図解)し、組織の仕組み化に直接貢献していただきます。

【1日の流れ(例:在宅勤務日の場合)】

  • 09:00: 業務開始。チャットワークやLINEで進捗・タスクを確認。
  • 10:00: お客様へのヒアリング補助。代表のオンライン会議に同席し、内容をメモ。
  • 11:00: ライティング作業。メモを元に、事業計画書のドラフトを作成。
  • 12:00: 休憩。(ご家庭の都合に合わせ、柔軟に休憩を取っていただけます)
  • 13:00: 進捗管理。公募期限が近いお客様へ、必要書類の提出をリマインド。
  • 14:00: マニュアル更新。自分が作業したフローを図解にし、仕組み化。
  • 15:00: 業務終了。明日のタスクを整理してログアウト。

勤務時間・曜日:

勤務時間はシフト制または変形労働時間制となります。具体的な勤務日や時間は相談の上決定しますが、基本的には以下のようなスケジュールになります。

  • 勤務日: 週2または3日~
  • 実働時間:平日9:00〜18:00の間で3時間~
  • 休憩時間: 勤務時間に準ずる
  • 残業: 可能性あり(状況に応じて)

休暇・休日:

土日祝休みが基本となります。

シフト制を導入しているため、かなり柔軟な勤務が可能です。

ただし、公募期限に伴う繁忙期には、柔軟な対応をいただける方を歓迎します。

勤務地:

お仕事に慣れるまでの1ヶ月程度は、週3日程度、事務所(大阪府吹田市江の木町)にて研修を実施します。その後はオンライン勤務を基本とします。

アクセス:

大阪メトロ御堂筋線「江坂駅」より徒歩3分と、非常に利便性の高い立地です。

給与:

  • 時給: 1,500円(試用期間1,400円)
  • 年収例: 年収400万円~600万円(スキルアップ後のキャリアアップの例)
