【業務詳細】
CTO室に所属し、以下のような横断的な業務を担っていただきます。
・複数プロダクト・チームにまたがる技術的課題の抽出・改善の主導
・技術ロードマップの策定と実行、技術投資に関する提言・意思決定支援
・共通基盤・アーキテクチャ設計(API基盤、データ基盤、開発基盤、セキュリティ基盤など)の主導
・技術標準・品質基準の策定と、開発組織全体への浸透
・新規技術導入の検証・PoC、プロダクト横断的な技術選定
・各チーム・部門との連携/技術的なボトルネックの解消
・技術組織構造・採用・育成に関する提案・推進
・実装・設計レビューを伴う技術的リードと、組織・戦略面のリーダーシップの双方を期待します。
