Salesマーケティング事業を中心にお客様のお困りごとを解決しています。

現在は大阪本社の他に名古屋支社、福岡支社、静岡営業所を立ち上げ、従業員数は836名。(2025/1時点)

今後更なる事業拡大に向けて、当求人ではアルバイト・パートという形で一緒に働いてくれるメンバーを募集しています

『※そもそもSalesマーケティング事業とは?』

クライアントに代わってテレマーケティング(電話)を用いてクライアントの商品やサービスの新規受注やクロスセル、アップセルを図る事業です。

クライアントの業種業界は様々で、通信回線や通販、官公庁など様々な商品(サービス)のテレマーケティングを行っています。

このように聞くと、専門性が高く難しそうな業務に感じますが実際そうではありません。

弊社では学生や主婦(夫)の方も数多く活躍しており、アルバイトデビューの方も安心して働ける環境や研修制度を設けています。

テレマーケティングは業務を通じて『自分の知らない世界に詳しくなれる』という楽しさがあります。

==【業務内容】==

  • Salesマーケティング事業部のメンバーとしてテレマーケティングをお任せします

具体的には、通販商品(食品)利用者への発信業務です。

既に契約をしてくれている顧客様への電話なので、基本的に話を聞いていただけるテレマーケティング初心者にも優しいポジションです

※外回りなどは一切ありません。オフィス内で完結する業務になります。

※トークスクリプトの用意があるので業界や職種の経験、知識はなくても問題ありません。

弊社で活躍するメンバーの多くはテレマーケティング未経験スタートです。

だからこそ未経験の方が難しいと感じるポイントや楽しさを見いだせるポイントを理解しています

勤務時間詳細


【9:00~21:00のうち、4時間からOK】

「今日は11時から」

「明日は夕方から」

「週末はフルタイムで」

など自由に調整していただけます

休日休暇

  • 週3日~フルタイムで出勤OK

勤務時間も含めてシフトは自己申告制なので、

働きやすいよう調整していただいて構いません

基本給:時給 1400円 〜 2700円

※経験や能力を考慮し決定します
