募集背景
】
DXCのお客様である大手企業において、オンプレミスのメインフレーム環境をクラウド(AWS)ベースのオープン環境へ移行する大規模プロジェクトが計画されています。

IBM z/OSおよび日立VOS3メインフレームからAWSクラウドへの移行を含む大規模モダナイゼーションプロジェクトにおけるインフラ領域内のミドルウェア設計、移行設計、テスト設計業務を推進していただきます。

現状のメインフレーム環境を理解し、オープン環境への移行に伴う顧客への説明、実装をリードしていただきます。

職務内容
】

  • メインフレーム(IBM z/OS、日立 VOS3)からAWSクラウドへの移行におけるミドルウェア領域の設計・移行・テストをリード。
  • ミドルウェア(DB2、HULFT、MQ、JP1/AJS、JP1/IM等)の移行設計、構築計画、テスト計画、テスト要項書の策定と推進。
  • 移行対象ミドルウェアの現行調査、移行方式の検討、設計書作成。
  • システム間データ通信(HULFT、MQ、FTP、Syslog)に関するテスト設計・実行管理。
  • 移行前のデータ通信テスト設計・計画と実行、移行後の性能検証、障害対応テストの計画と実施。
  • プロジェクトチームとの連携、進捗管理、課題解決。

  • 品質意識が高く、テスト設計や検証において精度を重視できる方。

【Mandatory
(
MUST
)】

  • メインフレーム(IBM z/OS、日立 VOS3いずれか)に関する知識と経験。
  • COBOL、Assembler、JCLの理解し、ソースコードより現状調査後、移行先システムにつなげるための移行プロジェクト経験
  • 大規模システム移行プロジェクトにおけるPMまたはPL経験。
  • ミドルウェア移行設計・テスト設計の実務経験。
  • 大規模システム移行プロジェクトでの設計リード経験。
  • ミドルウェアに関する知見(DB2、HULFT、MQ、JP1/AJS3、JP1/IM3、Syslogなど)。
  • データ通信テスト設計の経験(HULFT、MQ、FTP、Syslog連携)。
  • メインフレームからオープン系へのマイグレーションプロジェクト経験。

【Nice to have】

  • AWSクラウド環境での移行設計・テスト設計経験。
  • オペレーション自動化ツールの導入・運用経験。
  • 文字コード変換や帳票関連の移行対応経験。
  • AOEMF、AOMPLUS、XDM、DCCM3、HOPPS3などの特定ミドルウェア経験。
  • ドキュメント作成・コミュニケーション能力。
  • 海外チームとの協業。
