Responsibilities
About the Team
The AI Data Service and Operations (ADSO) team is responsible for providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security.
Responsible for the management of projects for the monitoring of content ecosystems across multiple products.
Proactively collaborate with cross-functional departments for project evaluation, resource coordination, and subsequent work.
Evaluate the project's operation status through data analysis and form up reports for global synchronization.
Regularly track and review project's progress and performance to continuously improve its workflow and stability.
Provide internal or external policy training as required.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Completion of Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 1 year of professional work experience in data labelling, QA, or quality improvement.
Proficient in English and Japanese as working languages.
An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the internet usage habits of local users.
Possess strong learning ability, team management skills and cross-department communication.
Able to work under minimal supervision and have strong logic/ common sense related to job nature.
Ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the TikTok App, functions, and services.
Familiar with office software.
Data processing experience and other data analysis capabilities.
Having experience of training & quality or project management.
