仕事概要
株式会社Luupは、"街じゅうを「駅前化」するインフラをつくる"をミッションに掲げ、電動キックボードや電動アシストなどマイクロモビリティシェア「LUUP(ループ)」を日本各地で展開しています。 街には「ポート」という移動のハブがあり、いつでもポートからポートへ電動マイクロモビリティに乗って移動することができます。 かつて鉄道の駅が街を発展させたように、LUUPのポートを街じゅうに設置することで人が集まる場所をつくり、街じゅうを駅前のように活性化していきます。LUUPを通して、移動におけるさまざまな問題を解決し、新たな街の未来を創造します。 現在は、東京・横浜・大阪・京都・神戸・宇都宮・名古屋・広島・仙台・福岡・札幌・那覇など全国34エリア、15,500ポート、車両40,000台でサービスを展開しています。 将来的には、マイクロモビリティシェアの普及によるCO2削減と、ご高齢の方も乗ることができる新しい電動モビリティの導入を実現し、すべての人が安全・便利に移動できる持続可能な社会をつくることを目指します。(会社 ) 【組織とポジションについて】 Luupのミッションである、街じゅうを「駅前化」するインフラ基盤を戦略的に構築するため、西日本における「大手企業」と「自治体・地域」の両方を対象とした、中長期的なアライアンスをリードしていただきます。 【具体的なミッション】 〇エンタープライズアライアンス: ・西日本エリアにおける「駅」「コンビニ」「街のランドマーク」など、難易度の高い大手企業アセットのポート獲得を推進します。 ・従来取引のない大手企業を開拓し、包括連携や資本業務提携など踏み込んだ形も含めた、中長期的なアライアンスを推進します。 ・包括連携や資本業務提携なども含めた、大手企業の持つアセットやユーザーを活用した新たな事業共創や価値創造を企画・実行し、Luupの成長に直結させます。 〇公共・地域アライアンス: ・主に大阪府内の自治体や地域と信頼関係を構築し、公有地・公開空地の獲得、各種規制の緩和・実行、協定の締結など、Luupの事業展開を可能にする政策・規制の枠組みを地域と共に作り、推進します。 ・議員、関係省庁、エリアマネジメント団体など政策に影響力のあるステークホルダーと連携し、自治体政策を動かす渉外活動をリードします。 【ポジションの魅力】 ・CEO、COOなどの経営層と密接に連携し、資本政策や公共政策に関わる重要経営テーマをアライアンス責任者として直接推進いただきます。 ・大手企業と自治体・地域、そしてスタートアップという多様なステークホルダー間のシナジーを創出し、両社(者)にとってWin-Winとなる戦略的な仕組みを構築・実行します。 ・通常の営業・渉外活動に加え、事業開発・公共政策の要素を含めた高度なプロジェクトマネジメント力とプロマネ力を発揮し、世の中に新しい価値を提供することで事業成長に直結させます。 ・公有地・公開空地の獲得や規制緩和などを通じ、新たな条例や事例を作り、公共交通を補完する社会インフラの実現という前例のない課題への挑戦を担います。
必須スキル
<経験> ※以下のいずれかのご経験をお持ちの方 ・大手企業または自治体を対象とした、法人営業、事業開発、または渉外・アカウントマネジメントの実務経験(両方での経験があれば尚可) ・アライアンス戦略の立案から実行、締結までの一連のプロセスをリードした経験 ・経営層や政策に影響力のあるステークホルダー(役員、地方議員、関係省庁など)との交渉・連携をリードした経験 <スキル> ・社内外の多様なステークホルダー(大手企業、自治体、地域団体など)と信頼関係を築き、粘り強く複雑な合意形成を推進する高度な交渉・渉外能力 ・多岐にわたる施策の相関関係を理解したうえでのWBS設計や、社内外の関係者をマネジメントしながら計画を完遂する卓越したプロジェクトマネジメントスキル ・仮説ベースでゴールを設定し、当社成長とパートナーのメリットを両立させながら、定性・定量で効果検証を行い施策を実行する能力

<経験> ・コンサルティング会社や大手企業において、法人営業または自治体営業部門等でアライアンスの企画・実行をリードした経験 ・スタートアップにおいて、大手企業や自治体との協業、大手企業との戦略的連携の推進、新たな事業開発などをリードした経験 ・官公庁や自治体にて、社会課題解決のための行政政策・プロジェクトを企画し、社会実装をリードしたご経験 ・経営層と日常的に接点を持ち、公共政策を含む経営テーマを推進した経験 <スキル・知見> ・関西の地理、商習慣、キープレイヤーに対する深い知見
