・関係者との効果的な関係構築および発展を行い、あらゆるレベルでの業務に快適に対応する
【オフィスのベンダー管理】
・オフィス用品やカフェアイテムの管理と調達
・JLL、BMおよび関連ベンダーとの良好な関係構築
・継続的なパフォーマンスレビューおよび改善が困難な場合には、ローカル/リージョナルチームと協力して適切な時期に再発注を行う
【契約管理】
・すべての契約を専門的に適切な費用とコードオブエシックスに沿って適時に実施する
・契約の期限の管理、再調達が必要な場合には手続きを開始する
・クライアントに最良の価値を提供するために、契約を継続的に評価する
【財務管理】
・予算立案、予測、コスト管理など、オフィスサービスの財務面を管理する
・オフィスサービスに関連する経費の監視および追跡
・請求書の処理とレビューを行い、正確かつ適時な支払いを確保する
・必要に応じてアカウントマネージャーに対して財務レポートおよび分析を提供する
【セキュリティ備品の管理】
・アクセス許可の発行、追跡、および取り消しを含むバッジおよびキーのすべての側面を管理する
・セキュリティプロトコルと手順に準拠する
・バッジとキーの割り当ての正確な記録を維持する
【エネルギーシステムの監視】
・オフィス内のエネルギー使用状況のトラッキング
・省エネイニシアティブと最良のプラクティスを特定し実施する
・施設管理チームと連携してエネルギー効率を最適化する
【アカウントマネージャーのサポート】
・アカウントマネージャーに対して手続きのサポートを提供する(会議のスケジュール管理、プレゼンテーションの準備、連絡の処理など)
・ クライアント関係管理活動をサポートする(クライアントの会議やイベントの組織など)
・クライアント関係を強化し、クライアント満足度を最大化するための戦略の開発と実施をアカウントマネージャーと協力して行う
